1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Jaguar Competitions Limited.
2. The Competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website.
2.2. Entry fees for online entries are payable each time you enter. Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple-choice question, a free entry route is available.
2.3. To be eligible to win, all participants (each an “Entrant”) may be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
3. How to Enter
3.1. The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website (the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). All times are in London, England.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates if necessary. Any changes will be displayed on the Website.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter before the specified time on the Closing Date. Late entries may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries per competition will be stated on the Website. Entrants can enter as many times as they wish, subject to the stated limits.

3.6. Entries must be submitted in English. Non-English entries will be disqualified.

3.8. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1. All Entrants will be placed into a draw, and the winner will be selected randomly within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.2. If you do not want your name included in the winner announcement, please notify the Promoter at least 48 hours before the draw.
5. Eligibility
5.1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members.
5.2. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility.
5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Entrants for misconduct.
6. The Prize
6.1. The prize for each competition is described on the Website.
6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. If necessary, a substitute of equal or greater value may be offered.
6.3. The Promoter does not guarantee the condition or suitability of the Prize. If the Prize is a vehicle:
- (a) It will have a valid MOT (if required);
- (b) No insurance, tax, or additional accessories are included;
- (c) The Winner must ensure the vehicle is legally operated.
6.4. The Promoter may offer a cash alternative in exceptional circumstances.
7. Winners
7.1. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 21 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
7.3. The winner’s name and town/county may be published unless they opt out before the Closing Date.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1. Prizes must be claimed personally. Cash prizes will be transferred to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner is unable to claim the Prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage beyond its reasonable control.
9.2. The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the Prize.
9.3. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 Personal Information
By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
10.2 Winner Publicity
If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
10.3 Publicity Opt-Out
If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.
10.4 Winner Verification
If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such a way, but by doing so, you may prevent the Prize from being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries received before the Closing Date.
10.5 Data Protection Rights
Under data protection laws, you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the competition, as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at hello@gogovox.com prior to the Closing Date.
11. General
11.1 Amendments
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
11.2 Breach of Terms
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
11.3 Suspension or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so for circumstances out of its control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will refund any entry fees you have paid.
11.4 Minimum Entries
There is no minimum number of entries, and the Promoter will not hold void, suspend, cancel, extend the Closing Date, or amend the prize competition due to a lack of entries. The draw will take place, and the Prize will be awarded regardless of the number of entries received.
11.5 Social Media Disclaimer
The competitions on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that Facebook or any other social media platform has no liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
11.6 Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.7 Record Keeping
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
12. Competition Entry
12.1 Entry Method
Competitions may be entered via the Website. Multiple Competitions may be operated at the same time by the Promoter, and each Competition will have a specific Prize or Prizes.
12.2 Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete Entry if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
12.3 Entry Ownership
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become the Promoter’s property and will not be returned.
12.4 Entry Limits
Each account can have an unlimited number of entries, provided they are not purchased on that account on behalf of other people.
12.5 Duplicate Accounts
Only ONE account per person is allowed. Any additional accounts opened by an individual (“duplicate account”) will be closed. Any entries made on the duplicate account will be voided. We reserve the right to resell any tickets purchased on the duplicate account. Tickets purchased on the duplicate account will not be refunded. Any instant win allocated to a duplicate account will not be awarded.
12.6 Chargebacks
If a customer requests a chargeback via their banking provider for tickets purchased, ALL tickets purchased relating to the chargeback request will be immediately void. We reserve the right to recover the value of any instant wins or prizes paid out on tickets that have been subject to a chargeback.
13. Warranty/Guarantee of Prizes
The Promoter is not responsible for any failures of the Prize once the Winner has received it. Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
14. Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Client Policy
We take the prevention of money laundering seriously. All entrants must open an account in their real name. Additional identity verification may be required. Only one account per person is permitted. Winners will need to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.
By entering a competition, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or disqualification from competitions.
